A gift to my dear in-laws leading to precious memories

It was that time of the year, where my husband and I got enthusiastic to do something for his parents on their 37th wedding anniversary. I had lost my dad exactly 5 month's prior to my in-law's anniversary. It was beyond doubt one of those moment's for me to ascertain the significance of our parent's. Sometimes they fail, yet they try to do their best for us.

When we had about 2 weeks, I took out my diary and composed the lyrics. My husband got busy in creating music, that felt divine. We were geared up, cleared the decks and practiced this over and over.

On their grand day, we posted this on YouTube and forwarded the link to them. It indeed made them feel more young and beautiful.

Here is the video for you to feel that moment of what we felt!

We booked a 10 day trip for them to UAE the following month. Glad to come over and as soon they stepped in, the first thing my mother-in-law wanted to check was, the lyrics written by me. I handed over my diary. May be she wanted to know what my feelings were when I wrote this for them. Of course who wouldn't want to know?

Such reminiscences keep us alive and are the one's which will be adored for ages.

It was a dream come true for both of us to bring them here, take them around to show some beautiful places, cook good food, feed them and enjoy their company. Those 10 days were heavenly, with our silly chats, gossips of all kinds, fun and laughter.

My mother-in-law is fond of music. We had few jamming sessions and surprisingly my father-in-law too joined us. I wish I had those videos uploaded on YouTube. It is somewhere there saved on one of our old mobile's.

We have our days and we have bad times. But the good times spent will never get bitter and old. These moment's will remain young, fresh, ever beautiful & close to our heart.
